Lake Buena Vista baseball tryouts coming soon

Even in a place like Florida, baseball fans have to wait for the spring before populating the diamond for games. 

Lake Buena Vista is getting a head start by hosting tryouts January 24-26 as it prepares for the baseball team's inaugural season this spring. 

Tryouts begin at 5 p.m. on the 24th and 25th and 4 p.m. on the 26th. 

Players interested in joining the the team must attend all three days of tryouts and wear appropriate attire the whole time. If they are already playing a winter sport, athletes must reach out to head coach Kevin Peyton to arrange for a time that works with their sport schedule.
