The Ninth Annual Lake Howell Band Program Silent Auction Fundraiser will take place from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16 at 4200 Dike Road in Winter Park. CARAS is the first of a series of events as part of the remembrance of the 30th anniversary (June 2011) of the first AIDS case reported by the Center of Disease Control.
