Summerport and its neighborhood businesses organized a block party Aug. 22 to wrap up the summer.
In the morning, families participated in yoga together on the lakefront. Around lunchtime, Creative Soles Dance Company fired up the grill, and 33 & Melt served drinks on the patio. Some kids danced to the deejay’s hits while others played corn hole or decorated the sidewalks with chalk.
