Olympia pitcher taken by Cleveland Indians in second round of MLB Draft

Juan Hillman, a left-handed ace pitcher and recent graduate of Olympia High School, was chose by the Cleveland Indians in the second round of the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft on June 8.

Hillman, who is regarded as the No. 52 prospect overall by Perfect Game, was taken with the No. 59 pick.

On his Twitter account (@RealJuanHillman), Hillman expressed excitement about being selected by the Indians. Hillman tweeted "Blessed to be a part of the @Indians organization. And I'm ready to get it started already #GoIndians."
