Filling the air with sounds of gospel music and the smell of tasty food, the Ninth Annual Town of Oakland Arts & Music Festival took over Speer Park on Saturday, June 13.
From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. that day, artists were able to showcase their visual art and music as well as drama while surrounded with food trucks and vendors.
