WINTER GARDEN
Rotary Club of Winter Garden
Winter Garden Rotary Club president Jennifer Campbell welcomed Rick Baldocchi from Agua Viva Serves, a charitable organization that focuses on taking clean water systems to small villages in Costa Rica.
He spoke about the problems he saw with the living conditions while visiting Costa Rica with his daughter one year and that he felt something needed to be done. This organization sends mission teams down to the villages to build these systems, which also improve the economy of the small towns. Baldocchi emphasized the impact it can have on those who volunteer and the lasting relationships they build through the mission trips.
