DR. PHILLIPS Dr. Phillips, Inc. held its unveiling ceremony to reveal new details about its Spring Lake Health and Living Campus on 26 acres in the heart of Dr. Phillips. During the ceremony, guests such as Harbor Retirement Associates President/CEO Tim Smick and Orlando Health President/CEO David Strong presented details and their thoughts on the new facility.
The $75-million facility is a partnership between Dr. Phillips, Inc., Orlando Health and Harbor Retirement Associates. It will include a 60,000-square-foot medical office building and a 180-unit senior housing complex, as well as a three-level parking garage.
