PHOTOS: Dr. Phillips boys soccer hosts Olympia -- Observer Preps

DR. PHILLIPS The boys soccer teams from Olympia and Dr. Phillips battled to a 1-1 draw in a rivalry match Nov. 30 at Bill Spoone Stadium.

Andrew Lizyness scored for Olympia (5-0-3) and Jesus Pernia-Escorche scored for Dr. Phillips (3-2-2).

Officially, the match ended as a draw, but, unofficially, the teams took part in penalty kicks to decide who would retain the game's rivalry trophy — the Friendship Cup — with the Titans edging the Panthers 5-4.
