BAY HILL The estate Justin Timberlake once called home has a new owner.

The lakefront property, located at 8998 Hubbard Place in the Pointe Tibet community, sold Jan. 28 for $2.4 million. The furnished estate was an award-winner in the 2007 Parade of Homes. It features 5,357 square feet of living space, including a downstairs master suite, three additional en suite bedrooms, four full bathrooms, one half-bathroom, gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry and Thermador Appliances, dual office/study, wine cellar with dual-temperature wine cooler, a second floor outdoor terrace overlooking Lake Tibet and climate-controlled indoor storage.

Windermere Realtors Jeffrey and Renee Funk, of Realty Executives Central Florida, presented the property, which was under contract in 104 days.  

“The average days to contract in the Dr. Phillips/Windermere area for homes $2-plus million (in the last year) is 312 days,” Renee Funk said.
