LAKE BUTLER The Olympia Titans had just rallied to take the lead from the Edgewater Eagles in the bottom half of the fifth inning when the wheels came off in the top half of the sixth.
Olympia (7-3) went ahead when Preston Goodbar drove in Jordan Morrow and later score himself on a wild pitch. That gave the Titans a 6-4 lead entering the sixth inning.
Edgewater was resilient, though, plating six runs in the top of the sixth to decide the game. After Olympia came up empty in the bottom half of the inning, the game was called for lack of daylight at around 6:30 p.m.
Morrow led the Titans at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with a double and two runs scored. Goodbar had two RBI on the day.
Olympia returns to action Saturday at 1 p.m. on the road against rival Dr. Phillips (4-4).
