The home at 565 Ridgewood Drive, Windermere, sold April 29, for $1.592 million. Built in 1944, it has five bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,952 square feet of living area. The price per square foot is $321.49.

The home is light and bright, with windows exposing views and natural light. The floor plan offers living spaces on the main level, with the master suite, three more bedrooms and an exercise room with steam shower on the second floor. An elevator is available to access the private outdoor patio. Outside, the home features a pool area with outdoor kitchen.
