PHOTOS: Dr. Phillips tops Olympia in girls soccer rivalry match -- Observer Preps

DR. PHILLIPS The Dr. Phillips girls soccer team defeated rival Olympia 3-0 Nov. 15 — the fourth consecutive win for the Panthers.

Senior forward Aalyiah Bates scored all three goals for the Panthers (4-1-0) against the Titans (4-1-2) — all three of which came in the second half. It is her second hat-trick of the season and the three goals make for a total of 12 goals in the past four games for Bates. It was also the second shutout in the past four games for junior goalkeeper Launa Foreman.

Next up for Dr. Phillips, the Panthers will travel to West Orange on Friday.

For Olympia, the Titans will host Lake Minneola on Thursday.
