Obituary: Henry Dennis

Henry H. Dennis, 93, of Ocoee, Florida, went home to be with his Lord on Monday, Nov. 14, 2016. He was born in Bonnieville, Kentucky, on July 28, 1923.

Henry served as a pastor and bishop for 25 years and was also a homebuilder. He loved to rebuild furniture, and he was an excellent craftsman carpenter. Henry was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and a faithful member of Southside Christian Fellowship in Winter Garden.

Henry is survived by his loving wife, Isabel; his son, Michael Dennis; his stepchildren, Billie Williams, Valerie Timson, Dale Williams, David Williams and Crystal McNulty; his 15 grandchildren and his 16 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, at the Winter Garden Cemetery with Pastor J. V. Sullivan officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southside Christian Fellowship, Winter Garden, Florida.
