APOPKA The West Orange Warriors softball team pushed across three runs in the top of the sixth inning March 31 — taking what had been a 2-1 advantage over the host Apopka Blue Darters and pushing it to a 5-1 margin — en route to a 6-2 victory.
At the plate, Lexie Blair and Morgan Arcia each had two RBIs for the Warriors (15-2).
On the mound, Landry Newgent earned the win and Lauren Evans closed out the victory to earn the save.
Kenzie Tracy had two hits, an RBI and scored a run for Apopka (10-7).
