WINDERMERE The host Windermere Prep Lakers bounced back after dropping their opening game of the Rock Holiday Classic Dec. 27, winning a consolation game Dec. 28 against Georgia's East Jackson, 64-56.
The Lakers (5-7) were led by guard Rahsaan Lewis' game-high 18 points, to go along with his seven rebounds, seven assists and five steals.
Three other players for Windermere Prep finished in double-digits: Shaquan Jules had 14 points and 12 rebounds, Michael Gavin had 11 points and Quincy Tjon-Affo had 10 points and 10 rebounds.
East Jackson (10-4) was led by Makayl Rakestraw's 16 points and Xavier Clark's 11 points.
With the win, the Lakers will now face nearby Windermere High at 1:30 p.m. Dec. 29 in the tournament's fifth-place game.
