Mimi’s Community Theater launches a GoFundMe

WINTER GARDEN Mimi’s Community Theater has launched a GoFundMe to prepare for the upcoming 2018 season. The goal is to raise $2,600.

Due to increasing demand, the theater hopes to offer season tickets for its 2018 season. But meeting that goal requires purchasing the rights to each show a year in advance. In raising $2,600, the theater would have enough funds to purchase rights to all the shows for the 2018 season. 

So far, about $150 has been raised on the GoFundMe since it launched on Friday, June 16.

Since opening last year, Mimi’s Community Theater has put on three shows with a fourth currently in production.
