OCOEE When the Ocoee Knights took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the sixth inning of pitchers' duel with the East Ridge Knights, it looked as though Ocoee was on the cusp of a big district win.

It looked that way, still, as the Ocoee Knights got two outs in the top of the seventh — and final — inning.

But a two-out rally from the Knights from East Ridge High gave them a 3-1 advantage. And, though Ocoee would plate a run in the bottom-half of the final inning, it would not be enough as the Ocoee Knights ultimately fell, 3-2.

Despite the loss, Ocoee is 12-2 on the season.
