APOPKA Despite a lightning warning ending the game prematurely after the third quarter, the Wekiva Mustangs boasted a 49-0 blowout victory over the Windermere Wolverines Friday, Sept. 1.
The Mustangs (2-0) hit the ground running early on in the game, racking up three touchdowns before the first quarter was halfway through.
The Wolverines (0-2) will travel to University High (Orlando) next week to take on the Cougars.
