WINTER GARDEN With the new school year just around the corner, the city of Winter Garden put on a back-to-school bash on Saturday, Aug. 4. Held at Zanders Park, the fun event offered a visit from the Winter Garden Fire Department, games, a school-supply and book giveaway, food, face painting and more. Additionally, Winter Garden Recreational Leader Sebrenia Brown presented a few citizens with plaques thanking them for their dedication to the community.
