Butler Chain of Lakes Middle School drama students — or Dramateers — put a spin on an old classic with the production of “The Princess and the Pauper” from Dec. 4 to 6. The play was a modern take on Mark Twain’s “The Prince and the Pauper.” Instead of a princess, king and queen, students portrayed modern royalty in the form of the American Presidential family.
