The newest building at The Grove Orlando is now complete, and its tenants have either just moved in or will open shop in the next few weeks.
The 31,500-square-foot building is located at the southwest corner of South Apopka-Vineland and Conroy Windermere roads. Among those sharing the multi-use building are Starbucks, Paradise Grilling Systems, Hawkers Asian Street Fare, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Regus.
Jessi Blakley, director of communications and public relations for Tavistock Development Company, said the building — referred to as Parcel 4 — is now in the hands of tenants to complete interior build-outs. Starbucks was both the first to sign on and the first to open in December, and Paradise Grilling and Regus opened earlier this month.
Paradise Grilling specializes in luxury outdoor kitchens, fireplaces and fire pits. Regus is a multinational corporation that offers furnished office space, co-working spaces and meeting rooms.
Regus occupies the entire second floor, which is about 17,815 square feet. All other tenants share the first floor, which measures about 13,500 square feet.
Chipotle likely will open in early February, while Hawkers is set to open in March. There is still one available space remaining, measuring 1,749 square feet.
“Chipotle is always looking for new places where we can serve delicious food and establish new local partnerships, and the Grove shopping center is a great fit,” said Quinn Kelsey, public relations and communications manager for Chipotle. “We selected The Grove because of its strong lineup of quality tenants serving the Windermere market. It opens us up to a new community and makes it easier for area residents to enjoy wholesome food made with real ingredients every day.”
The building is the latest phase of The Grove. Existing merchants include Publix, LA Fitness, Panera Bread, Chase Bank, BurgerFi, Spoleto and a mix of local, independent retailers and professionals.
