The Windermere Prep sixth-grade boys basketball team won the sixth-grade championship of the Greater Orlando Athletic Conference. Ethan Nichols has helped lead the Lakers all through the season, and in the championship game he scored 15 points to help seal the deal for his team.
Well, that’s kind of been what I’ve been doing FBVA for — just to prepare for that. When we won the championship, I was really excited.
We work together really well, and we move the ball around the court.
He likes for us to cut around the basket and get to the hoop for layups.
I got really good at actually communicating on the court, (because) I was forced to, being a point guard. I also got really good at cutting (to the basket).
It was definitely the championship. We beat them by like 20 points.
Kyrie Irving — he’s got handles for days. He can finish at the basket, and he can shoot.
Me and my dad were practicing yesterday. My hesitation move, I don’t hold the hesitation long enough, so I’ve been working on that.
Life science — Mrs. (Krista) Crocetti’s class. She does a lot of fun stuff, like dissections. I really like science.
I want to be a scientist, probably an archaeologist. I like digging, and I like science.
I just saw “The Last Jedi” maybe a month ago.
I think it’s going to be Golden State and the Boston Celtics. Cleveland has not been doing well, probably because LeBron (James) has no help.
