PHOTOS: Matthew's Hope holds preschool graduation

Chloe Heichel, Roy Gonzalez and Lyani Acevedo are heading to kindergarten. The three completed the Matthew’s Hope Firm Foundation Preschool program last week and received their certificates during a graduation ceremony at the school on Ninth Street in Winter Garden.

The family event included the younger students, too, and parents were given photo memory books created with construction paper and journals of all of the students’ work throughout the year. The graduates’ parents took home a framed 5x7 of their child in a purple cap and gown.

The students sang songs and couldn’t wait to get over to the snack table for cupcakes and summer fun buckets.

In addition to the three graduates, these children were in this year’s preschool class: Januel Acevedo, Ella Baghrzadeh, Ryan Botha, Luis Fermin, Lara Fernandez, Miranda Ramirez, Matias Sandoval Suarez, Antonella Suarez Cortez and Yostier Valdez.
