Obituary: Daphne R. Miller

Daphne R. Miller, 50 of Winter Garden, Florida, passed away on June 1, 2018. She was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, on Nov. 16, 1967.

Daphne was an accomplished pianist and a music teacher. She had served as the Contemporary Service worship leader for Oakland Presbyterian Church at one time. She is a member of Discovery Church in Winter Garden. Daphne enjoyed the outdoors, boating and road trips but especially loved being with her friends and family.

Daphne is survived by her loving husband, Walton Miller; her children, Addyson Miller and Dustin Miller; her father, Buddy Puckett; and her brother, Jeff Puckett.

Services were held at Discovery Church, Southwest Campus, 4064 Winter Garden Vineland Road, Winter Garden. The family received friends from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday, June 3. Funeral service was at 11 a.m. Monday, June 4, at the church with interment to follow at the Winter Garden Cemetery, Winter Garden, Florida.
