SOUTHWEST ORANGE Although the rain came down all day Sunday, May 6, the Rosen JCC didn’t allow its family picnic day to be canceled — instead, they moved it indoors. The picnic was originally to be held at Dr. P. Phillips Community Park, but some families braved the rain anyway and headed to the JCC, where they enjoyed food, face painting, games, bounce houses and more inside the gymnasium.
