Obituary: Jose Andres Sanchez

Jose Andres Sanchez of Windermere, Florida, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2018. He was 58.

Jose was born Aug. 28, 1960, in Caracas, Venezuela. His late parents were Jose Jesus Sanchez Figuera and Modesta Martinez.

During the last four years he worked at Publix in the customer service area. Music and people were his passions. He brought smiles to the faces of all who knew him and loved being a DJ at any social event.

He is survived by his sister, Angeles Shoultz; and his brother, Jose Jesus Sanchez; as well as his sister-in-law, Blanca Sanchez; his brother-in-law, Jim Shoultz; and nephews and nieces who he loved deeply (Angelina, Oscar, Emmanuel, Daniela, Abraham, Michelle, Andrea, Sergio and Gabriela).

A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, Florida.
