Obituary: Gary Wayne Carroll Jr.

Gary Wayne Carroll Jr., of Tavares, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2018. He was born March 14, 1967, in Orlando, Florida, and was a lifelong resident of Ocoee.

Gary was a loving and devoted father, grandfather, husband and uncle who enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Gary Wayne Carroll Sr.

He is survived by his wife, Lenora; mother, Betty Carroll; children, Gary Wayne “Trey” Carroll III and Taylor Wayne Carroll; stepchildren, Austin Green, Shelby Green-Parker and Allyson Russ; brother, Shawn Carroll; six grandchildren, a niece and a nephew.

Memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2018, at The Church at Oak Level in Ocoee, Florida. Casual attire requested.

Reception immediately following the service at the home of Betty Carroll.
