On a cool Friday night in Orlando, the Trinity Prep Saints (1-4) fell in a lopsided 44-21 loss to the Lake Highland Prep Highlanders (2-2).
Despite a somewhat competitive first half — where the Saints traded scores with the Highlanders, and managed to get within eight points — the offense of Lake Highland was just too much.
In the second half the Highlanders would outscore the Saints 22-7 as they picked up the win.
Next up for the Saints is an away matchup with Father Lopez (3-2) on Friday, Sep. 28.
