Melissa Wilde played the part of Jojo in the fun musical.
Wes Caldwell was cast as Horton the Elephant for the Maitland Middle School production.
Citizens of Whoville sang “Here on Who” during the show.
Cat in the Hat (Meri Singer), Jojo (Melissa Wilde) and the ensemble performed “It’s Possible” with some fabulous props.
Jojo (Melissa Wilde), Mayzie (Brooke Doster) and Cat in the Hat (Meri Singer) had the audience smiling ear to ear.
The cast performed “Egg, Nest and Tree” as Horton looked after an egg.

Lily Dotson, J’Niyah Freeman, Frances Liffey, Kashmere Barbel and Reagan Bach all played Citizens of Whoville.
Milla Garncarz and Sabrina Sauveur were excited to perform for the audience.
Musical theater students at Maitland Middle School made audiences smile and laugh with a whimsical production of “Seussical the Musical” from April 11 to 13 on the stage of the school cafeteria.
The students sang and danced in a show that featured characters like Cat in the Hat, Jojo, Horton the Elephant and Gertrude McFuzz.
