Obituary: James Aubrey Strickland

James Aubrey Strickland 77, of Ocoee, Florida, passed away Saturday, June 15, 2019, surrounded by family. He was born May 5, 1942, in Enterprise, Alabama.

Mr. Strickland served in the Army from 1960-1970 and was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He worked as an operational manager for Hubbard Construction, retiring after 37 years of dedication.

Mr. Strickland is preceded in death by his loving wife, Irmgard Strickland, and his son, Dean Strickland.

He is survived by his children, Kenny (Lisa) Strickland, Donna (Jimi) Trujillo, Gabrielle Strickland, Debra (Stan) Morgan and Danielle (Mike) Conover; siblings, Ruth Barnett, Kenneth Strickland, Elizabeth Balaz, Sandy Rogers, Mary Gilley and David Strickland; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
