Windermere Town Council to discuss Sunset Bay Development Agreement Tuesday night

The Windermere Town Council will discuss the Sunset Bay Development Agreement among other topics at tonight’s meeting at 6 p.m. at Town Hall. 

Council members will discuss amendments requested by Sunset Bay Homeowners Association Inc. to the neighborhood's original 1988 development agreement. Amendment requests include setting a termination date for the agreement, sharing road resurfacing costs,  funding for sidewalk repairs, and managing other general upkeep of the neighborhood. 

The council will also consider new appointments to the Town of Windermere Tree Board and swear in two reserve police officers.
