OBITUARY: George Walter Dewayne Grimes

George Walter Dewayne Grimes, 58, of Ocoee, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019. He was born May 25, 1960, the son of George Grimes and the late Tera Grimes.
In addition to his father, Dewayne is survived by his children, Chris Grimes, David Grimes and Vanessa Moore; grandchildren, Elijah Moore and Kennedy Grimes; and siblings, Janice Cook, Linda Roach, Glenn Grimes and Sandra Carberry.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at Glad Tidings Church in Ocoee. Pastor Gary Howell will officiate the service. The family will receive friends starting at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Winter Garden Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to Glad Tidings Assembly of God in Dewayne's name for his family's Thanksgiving Ministry. The church address is 2009 Fullers Cross Road, Ocoee, FL 34761.
