Obituary: Nora Anne Rowley

Nora Anne Rowley died peacefully at the age of 96 on Friday, May 24, 2019.

Nora is survived by son Bruce Rowley and wife Ann; daughter Del Heidt; grandchildren Kenneth Heidt, Beth Heidt and Lt. Col. Kevin Rowley; nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

Nora was born on March 4, 1923, in Cartersville, Georgia. She met her husband, Kenneth Rowley, in 1942 and relocated to Winter Garden, Florida, in 1951. Nora enjoyed life to the fullest and always lit up any room she was in.

Nora's memorial will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Winter Garden at 2 p.m. Friday, May 31, 2019. In lieu of flowers and condolences, the family requests donations to First United Methodist Church of Winter Garden and the American Wildlife Federation.
