WRAP IT UP
9 to 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Orlando Health Medical Pavilion — Horizon West, 17000 Porter Road, Suite 204, Winter Garden.
Learn how to make healthy after-school snacks. Participants will assemble a wrap to enjoy, sample a variety of fresh fruits and nut butters, and receive a homemade healthy treat to take home. The class is free, but space is limited.
