Ocoee connecting Santa with children

Kids can write a letter to Kris Kringle or receive a phone call from him.

Rec staff have made special arrangements with Santa to accept mail for delivery to the North Pole. The magical North Pole mailbox is located at the Jim Beech Recreation Center, 1820 A.D. Mims Road, Ocoee, FL 34761.

It will be available through Dec. 18.

The rec staff will be making Santa calls to children ages 4 through 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 15, and Wednesday, Dec. 16.

To arrange a call from Santa, parents will need to complete a request form and answer a few questions. Experience this memorable moment this holiday season with a personalized call from the jolly man.
