Windermere's Lake Street Park temporarily closed

Windermere town officials announced Wednesday, July 15, that Lake Street Park is closed until further notice.

Lake Street Park is located at the end of East Fifth Avenue at Lake Street, adjacent to the end of the trail that runs along Lake Down.

Town staff is putting up signage indicating the park's closure and will notify residents once the park reopens. Residents are encouraged to download the town's mobile app for real-time updates.
