Winter Park's Hangry Bison to expand to Winter Garden

The Hangry Bison, known for burgers, bourbon and beer in Winter Park, will open a second location at The Exchange in Winter Garden later this year. 
 

At 4,100 square feet, the new restaurant will be located at 270 West Plant Street, adjacent to City Hall, and will seat 200 guests inside and outside. The opening is planned for late winter and will create 50 new jobs. Lease negotiations were handled with Strates Group.

“Opening a new location, especially in the heart of historic Winter Garden, is the beginning of a new era for The Hangry Bison,” said Joe Liguori, founder of The Hangry Bison. “We can’t wait to start serving our signature burgers and craft cocktails to the Winter Garden community.”

The Hangry Bison launched its first restaurant in 2018 in Winter Park Village. The menu includes a range of appetizers, signature burgers, handcrafted cocktails, bourbon, and beer and whiskey flights.
