The home at 9632 Weatherstone Court, Windermere, sold Sept. 28, for $1,595,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, six baths, two half-baths, a pool and 7,239 square feet of living area. The price per square foot is $220.33. Days on market: 80.
