Qualifying opens Wednesday for Windermere Town Council

Three seats, including that of the mayor, will appear on the Jan. 7 ballot.

Qualifying commences Wednesday, Dec. 8, for candidates interested in running for a seat on the Windermere Town Council. The General Election is Tuesday, March 8, 2022, and three seats will appear on the ballot. These seats are currently held by Mayor Jim O’Brien and council members Chris Sapp and Andy Williams.

Qualifying closes at noon Jan. 7, 2022. For information or to make an appointment to pick up a packet, contact Town Clerk Dorothy Burkhalter at (407) 876-2563, Ext. 5323, or download the packet via the website, town.windermere.fl.us. The clerk’s office is at 501 Forest St., Windermere.
