City of Ocoee names essay contest winners

The city of Ocoee announced recently the winners of its 2021 Black History Month Essay Contest.

The city of Ocoee announced recently the winners of its 2021 Black History Month Essay Contest.

The city received 186 submissions this year. The winners were honored in a virtual ceremony at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25.

The winners include:
