The home at 8038 Whitford Court, Windermere, sold Aug. 27, for $2.2 million. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four baths, three half-baths and 7,585 square feet of living area. Days on market: 34.

The home at 4035 Shadowind Way, Ocoee, sold Aug. 27, for $410,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,259 square feet of living area. Days on market: Seven.

PEARL LAKE
The home at 3378 Crystal St., Gotha, sold Aug. 25, for $550,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 1,726 square feet of living area. Days on market: 44.

The home at 1862 Lake Pearl Drive, Gotha, sold Aug. 25, for $459,000. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,460 square feet of living area. Days on market: 12.

The home at 1902 Secretariat Court, Gotha, sold Aug. 23, for $495,000. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,337 square feet of living area. Days on market: 14.

The home at 11548 Claymont Circle, Windermere, sold Aug. 23, for $660,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 4,247 square feet of living area. Days on market: 34.

The home at 11515 Delwick Drive, Windermere, sold Aug. 25, for $640,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,837 square feet of living area. Days on market: 23.

TOWN OF WINDERMERE
The home at 104 E. First Ave., Windermere, sold Aug. 25, for $515,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,356 square feet of living area.
