On Thursday, Sept. 23 the Foundation Academy invited staff, parents, and church members to sign the walls and write scripture on the new classroom building being built.

The classroom building will have space for science, art, band classes and more.

Construction on the new classroom building is well underway at the school. According to Christina Haak, development specialist at the school, the wall for the first and second floor has already been cut.

"We are excited about the progress and the growth of this campus, and we wanted to invite our community to share in the excitement of the development," Haak said.

Pastor Tim, of Winter Garden's First Baptist Church, was also present and prayed over the space and the students.

"We are excited to carry on this tradition as our Tilden campus continues to expand and develop," Haak said.

Updates on the new classroom building are expected very soon in the future.
