Obituary: Ruth Youngblood

Ruth Youngblood, at the age of 95, was called home by Jesus on March 31, 2022. She was born in Brookville, Pennsylvania, to Fred and Iva Thrush. Ruth was a resident of Oakland, Florida, since 1995.
Ruth is survived by five children, 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and MANY loving family and friends who will miss her dearly.
Ruth, also known as Grams, enjoyed doing puzzles, telling stories and spending time with family and friends. She was also a huge animal lover, especially for dogs.
The family will receive friends at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2022, for visitation at Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home. The memorial service will start at 2 p.m.
