Sonny’s BBQ is now smokin’ in Ocoee

Barbecue fans, here’s some great news! Sonny’s BBQ is celebrating a soft opening Thursday, Aug. 25, at its new Ocoee location, and the community is invited to indulge.

The new location, owned and operated by iServ LLC, has almost 5,000 square feet and seats up to 163 guests indoors and on the patio.

Guests dining in at the restaurant can enjoy a full central bar with specialty cocktails and Signature Sweet Tea. Takeout and a drive-thru are available.

Sonny’s also will host a grand-opening celebration from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sept. 20; The first 68 guests will receive a free pork big deal, children will eat free from 3 p.m. until close; and samples, prizes and special coupons will be handed out all day.

“We’re thrilled to officially open the doors to our newest Sonny’s BBQ location,” said Josh McCall, managing partner and pitmaster for Sonny’s. “After months of waiting, we’re excited to share our hospitality and signature BBQ style with neighbors and friends. The grand opening is just the start of welcoming community members and spreading our spirit of BBQ across Ocoee.”

The new Sonny’s is at 11080 W. Colonial Drive.
