Winter Garden Commission to discuss budget workshop for Fiscal Year 2022-23

The Winter Garden City Commission will hold a regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, at the City Hall Commission Chambers, 300 W. Plant St. 

Commissioners will first host a budget workshop for Fiscal Year 2022-23.

The city commission will then read a proclamation designating West Orange Healthy Selfie Day and discuss regular business items such as a recommendation to approve police department purchase weapons and equipment, a recommendation to approve a special exception permit and agreement to remove billboards located at 12201 and 12403 W. Colonial Drive and construct a new double sided billboard on the property located at 12201 W. Colonial Drive, and a recommendation to approve the special event for National Night Out.
