Windermere will not have March election

The Town Council will have one new face for the next term.

The town of Windermere will not have a municipal election March 8 after three people qualified without opposition for the Windermere Town Council.

Mayor Jim O’Brien and Town Council Member Andy Williams will retain their seats on the council for another two-year term. Molly Rose, who served as a council member in the past, will begin her first two-year term.
