In partnership with Orange County Public Schools, the Florida Department of Health in Orange County will provide free school immunizations for OCPS children entering kindergarten and 11-year-old students needing their required seventh-grade Tetanus-Diphtheria-Pertussis immunization.

No appointment is needed, but a parent or guardian with a valid ID is required to accompany the child along with the completed consent forms. The vaccine and TDAP consent forms can be found on the OCPS website: ocps.net/.

Immunizations will be available at two West Orange County schools: Lakeview Middle School gymnasium, 1200 W. Bay St., Winter Garden, from 2 to 7 p.m. Monday, June 13; and Windy Ridge K-8 media center, 3900 Beech Tree Drive, Orlando, from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 22.
