Three local schools have been announced as the winners of Healthy West Orange's Back to School Spirit Challenge.

The challenge, which we told you about here, asked faculty, staff, students, or even mascots to show off their best school spirit in a video submission.

The competition, in partnership with Orlando Health and Orange County Public Schools, offered a $1,000 prize to the top elementary, middle and high school entries.

Whispering Oak Elementary School, Gotha Middle School and Horizon High School took home the prizes this year.
