West Orange band members march in Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Five Warriors represented Winter Garden in the national parade.

Anyone from West Orange who watched the 2022 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade Thursday, Nov. 24, might have caught a glimpse of some familiar faces.

Five members of the West Orange High School marching band were selected to perform in the Macy's Great American Marching Band. Those students included Peyton Cottle, Caroline Gordon, Avery Hanebrink, Cooper Ray and Hannah Taylor.

The Macy's band comprises about 200 of the finest high school band students from across the country.
