The threat of rain didn’t dampen the spirits of the Water Spring Elementary Otters at their trunk-or-treat event Thursday, Oct. 27. School officials simply moved everything indoors and continued as usual.
The school’s hallways were filled with candy, games and costumes ranging from movie and television show characters to animals, superheroes and inanimate objects After trick-or-treating, families gathered in the cafeteria for games and music.
